Dissapointed, was in the area and decided to look to see if I could upgrade my jeep renegade. Besides getting a really low trade in offer after they had told me they had very low used renegade inventory which would help to raise the trade in value and they were willing to work on that. I then spent 30 minutes waiting because two different renegades I was to test drive had dead batteries and wouldn't start. He mentioned that I was the first to test drive the car and that the car hadn't been turned on in awhile. When we got back to discuss price they were already quoting me extended warranties, gap insurance, underlining, and oil changes in the price. When I asked if they were willing to budge on the price of the car or the trade in value, seeing how it was last years model (2018), there was no interest in the car since it hadn't been test driven, it had been sitting on the lot so long that the battery died, and I was a returning jeep owner, they said no.

Had such a fantastic experience buying my truck here 5 years ago bought my wife a car here a few months later. Just traded in the truck, on my 3rd Tonkin vehicle, sales team is no pressure knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend buying here if you want a positive car buying experience. Personnel I dealt with were awesome. I already knew what was required for service on my Jeep so no surprises. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call that the service was completed at 1:40 PM. Loved my courtesy driver. He was wonderful to chit chat with as he delivered me to my destinations. I have never had a bad experience with Ron Tonkin. Always been treated with respect and courtesy.
