I can't say enough good things about the service department. From the time I dropped off my car to pick up time there was nothing but the best customer service. I was updated all along the way and provided detailed information. I really felt that they went above and beyond.

The sales guy I had made every effort to make this a positive experience. Every detail was addressed and communicated well. Great experience for a first time Mercedes buyer like myself. I was made to feel special and that my total experience was as or more important than the sale. Finance guy also very straight forward and things moved quickly. I would absolutely recommend anyone buying a Mercedes to go to Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton and ask for my sales partner (never felt like a salesman, more a mutual partnership to provide me with the best vehicle possible and a price I could afford). Win win. The quality of the vehicle sold itself.

I got a vehicle from them, so so happy. Kristina Oltmanns is the person who helped and took care of me. She is so wonderful and really cares about her customers, making sure they get what they want and are happy. She explained everything so well and made sure I totally understood every form and paper I was signing. She explained the gap as well as other coverages that were available. Everyone there was so friendly. It was one of the best experiences I've had. If your looking for a vehicle new or used believe me you will want to at least look there before you make any decisions.
