This Hertz was very punctual and convenient. They worked with me & the collison center that was working on my car to coordinate drop off times. It was seamless. The rental was waiting for me when I dropped off my car for repairs. The rental was nice, clean, and served me well. I was also able to leave the rental at the shop for them to pick up when my car was finished. Overall, I had a great experience and I would use them again.

So far it has been up and down. They met me with the car at the shop which was nice but hurried me through the paperwork and dropped a bunch of insurance questions on me at the last second. During the phone calls I made to order the car someone could have mentioned the insurance costs or laid out the options so I could look them over and make an informed decision. Customer service has been okay overall, they sound a little too busy to really make sure the customer is fully taken care of.
