Une équipe super et agréable. Le gérant est à l'écoute des clients ainsi que le service commercial. Au moins eux ce décarcasse pour vous trouver le produit correspondant à vos attentes, pas comme beaucoup de concessions que j'ai pu visiter avant qui ne pensent qu'à faire de l'argent.

We needed help while in France as our motorhome was giving trouble, my husband could not get the gears which made negotiating roundabouts very difficult. Eventually the problem became so bad we did not think we would get to Calais for our return journey. Fortunately we tow a little car and we drove in towards Reims from where we were in Les Andelays, The first two garages we came to could not help and did not seem interested. We decided to call to this Garage and saw Mr Franck. He was extremely helpful, our French to my shame is not very good, Mr Franck could speak no English but we were able to make ourselves understood with hand signals and gestures. This man went above and beyond the call to help us. We managed to struggle to the garage with our motorhome on his advice and he pulled out all the stops to help us and within and hour had the problem sorted. It was negligence on behalf of the service people on our end. Mr Franck and his staff were extremely helpful, we were both upset and worried and he could not do enough for us.
