Had the misfortune to breakdown opposite this garage. The owner and staff were most friendly and helpful. Sadly, the assertion that their chief fitter had experience of working on VW diesel engines was simply not true. The van spent a whole day in the garage and they achieved nothing. They should really have admitted they were out of their depth, to be fair the local VW main agent did little better. When my friend and I went back it took 25 minutes to get the van started and then drove it back to Wales.
